Skilled in resolving issues promptly, maintaining proactive communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. Also responsible for accurate billing, shipment tracking, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Job responsibilities:1. Co-ordinating with the branches for shipment status2. Updating the agent with cargo details like stuffing and sailing details.3. Following up with the branches for the Prealert.4. Sending out pre-alerts to agents along with the debit note.5.
Approving the expenses in the software with back up details6. Following up on the status of DAP/DDP shipments. Getting the POD and Debit note fromagent once cargo is delivered.7. Sharing the debit note received for DAP/DDP shipments after checking with the branchand international accounts team8. Maintaining DSR and tracker of shipments being handled9. Following up with branches and partners for shipments which have become irregular10. Sending out weekly reports. What are we seeking for:1. Should be fluent in English.2.
