The role will focus on identifying and developing partnerships, expanding existing accounts, creating new business opportunities, and converting partner relationships into measurable revenue and growth for LoansJagat.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop partnerships with fintechs, NBFCs, banks, digital platforms, e-commerce businesses, BFSI players, and other relevant ecosystem partners.Evaluate partnership opportunities based on business potential, strategic fit, and commercial viability.Develop partnership proposals, commercial models, and growth plans.Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation through onboarding, launch, and scaling.Identify new use cases, revenue streams, and opportunities for business expansion.Enterprise Account ManagementManage strategic enterprise accounts and build robust relationships with key business and leadership stakeholders.Develop account growth plans focused on revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention.Conduct regular business reviews, track account performance,



and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure timely resolution of partner requirements by working closely with internal teams.Growth & StrategyDrive commercial expansion through new partnerships, cross-sell opportunities, deeper product adoption, and increased partner contribution.Monitor key metrics such as revenue, GMV/disbursement value, conversions, acquisition, adoption, retention, and account health.Analyse market trends, partner insights, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.Work with Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Business teams to execute partnership-led initiatives.Support leadership in evaluating strategic alliances, new business models, and market opportunities. What We’re Looking For8–9 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Growth.Experience in Fintech, Lending, BFSI, Digital Payments, E-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first businesses preferred.Proven experience managing strategic/enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.Ability to identify opportunities, structure partnerships, and drive them through execution.Strong understanding of revenue models, business metrics, customer acquisition, and account growth.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Success MetricsRevenue generated through strategic partnershipsGrowth in partner-led business / GMV / disbursement valueNew partnerships acquired and successfully launchedPartner activation and product adoptionStrategic account growth and retentionCross-sell and upsell opportunitiesPartnership ROI and overall account performanceSuccessful execution of new partnership-led initiativesIf you enjoy building strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning partnerships into business growth, this role is for you.
