Description: Work Locations : Noida/Bangalore Experience ( Relevant) : 8+ years Shift Timings : Rotational Hybrid Mode Mandate skills - Palo alto (Prisma) SDWAN SAse with basics routing and switching. Ensure to have Prisma and SD WAN Experience, else profile will not be shortlisted. "Role Responsibilities:Must have exp on Palo SDWAN SASE.Must have great experience on Routing & Switching & Wireless.Vendors supported - Velo Cloud is must, Cisco, RiverbedMust be expert of routing, switching, wireless, LAN and WAN, i.e. L2 (Wireless IEEE 802.11 a, Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, Agile VLAN, HSRP/VRRP.) / L3 (Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.), NEXUS, SD-WANEnsuring all configurations are in compliance with network standards, reviewing log files, SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, NMSParticipate in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of enterprise-level, mission-critical, network infrastructure componentsLooking to have strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN (Hands-on) and WirelessTeaming with project managers, cross-functional technology and business teams to ensure successful projectsOwning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNowAdaptive, communication, presentation,



and leadership skillsFull understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of conceptKnowledge of Wireless, Nexus, SD-WANWorking knowledge of Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme NetworksSkills and knowledge and adherence to ITIL & Change Management processesExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong customer service skills; interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associatesAdditionally, the candidate must work well within a team, adapt easily to change, and possess the flexibility to travel.Candidate should have a history of working unsupervised while achieving required goalsRotating on-call, support queue management, preforming network system analysis and reportingWilling to work in 24X7 environment BasicRequired Qualifications:8+ years of experience on managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures8+ years’ experience on Routing & Switching, Riverbed & WirelessVendor experience to include - VELO Cloud, Cisco, Riverbed Highly PreferredSkills:Preferred knowledge of VELO Cloud (Hands-on) and WirelessAdaptive, communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProject experience for SDN Infra & NetworkingDegree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience" Regards, Syed [email protected]
