Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Manager – Surgical Devices Positions: 4 Location: Bangalore/ Kochi /Chennai/HyderabadEmployer: NexGen Medworks Medical Equipment LLC Full-Time | Mid-Level |About the Role:We are looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our Surgical Device business across India. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to government and private healthcare sectors. This role requires a combination of sales leadership, surgical product expertise, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the Medical Device segment.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth for surgical devices across region.Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accountsProvide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainingsWork closely with surgeons, OR and procurement teamsIdentify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitorsCoordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activitiesSupport tender business, vendor registration,



and regulatory/commercial processesAchieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectivesMaintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysisStrong background in channel sales and distributor management, with the ability to build, manage, and grow distributor networks, drive revenue growth, ensure effective market penetration, and achieve business objectives across assigned territories.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device salesStrong background in surgical businessHands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistanceStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDriving License is mandatoryAbility to work independently and manage key accounts strategically Preferred Candidate Profile:Clinically strong with surgeon engagement experienceExisting network within ENT DepartmentsExperience in capital equipment and consumable salesEnergetic, target-driven, and commercially focused To Apply: Send your CV: [email protected] with the subject – “Sales Manager – Surgical Devices ”
