• Daily Processing online orders (downloading,shipping,invoicing E-com orders)
• Complete maintainance of inventory levels on all online sites (stock level, out of stock,discountinuing items)
• Responding to all customer order relating to E-com orders(cancel order, tracking inquiry, delayed shipping)
• Responsible to after sales inquiries when needed
• Responsible for upkeep & overall administration of internal online division
• Maintaining regular communication & relations with shipping vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
• A successful candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, can multi-task and can work under pressure
• Good understanding of MS Office, in particular excel
• Valuable communication skills both verbally as well as written
