Position Title: PCB Testing Engineer

Reporting to: Operations Head and PCB Testing Incharge.

Freshers only should apply who can join immediately.

Local candidates from PUNE will be given priority first.

Summary of work Setting and Work performed:-

The incumbent is responsible for executing the PCB Testing department’s activities. The position demands comprehensive knowledge of PCB Testing skills.

Specific Duties:

Complete daily testing activities as per requirement.
Participation in solving Line rejection and Site return all types of PCBs and products and provide support to Service/Support
· Initiate improvement action,

· Able to test functionally all types types of PCBs

Reduce wastage & rework,
Any other responsibility deemed fit by HOD/In charge.
· To follow ESD rules,

· To reduce cycle time,

· To maintain tools / equipment,

· To maintain discipline, and Overall housekeeping





Keep all records as per ISO.
Keep Testing Record in daily sheet.
ISO related tasks & documentation & ERP Work.
Desired Outcome:

PCB Testing is to be done as per requirements within the decided time frame.
Keeping Records of Assembled PCBs and Hold PCBs traceable.
Good Knowledge of Electronics system used for testing & fault findings of PCBs.
Skills: Essential – 1. Problem solving & Relationship management

2.Strong Interpersonal Skills

3.The ability to take responsibilities and manage several different tasks.

4.Good ability to handle multitasking skills.
