Looking for candidates with very good communication and writing skills in English.

Education: 12th/PUC and above

Candidates should be ok to work in 24*7 rotational shifts

6 days working and one day rotational off

Girls will be allotted in morning shift only ,boys will work in all shifts.

Job roles:

Answer incoming customer inquiries in chat process.
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on current products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and skilled manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested
