Should have valuable knowledge and experience of Sheet metal press tools, Deep draw tools, punching tools and other press shop tools.Should be able to arrange and manage skilled workers on Grinder and milling machines, lathe machine.Good capability of reading engineering drawings.Making relevant Fixtures, Jigs, Templates, Dies etc.Should have the capability to foresee the problems which may come in future for regular production.
