NSome of the key responsibilities will include:

- Own end-to-end audit coverage for payments technology from day one, shaping the portfolio as it grows. N
- Bring real technical challenge and an independent voice to how payments technology risk is understood across the bank. N
- Report on payments technology controls and risk themes to senior stakeholders, translating technical risk into decisions. N




- Build and lead your ownteam, and stand as a senior leader and mentor across the wider floor. N
- Stay ahead of emerging risk across payments modernisation and, increasingly, digital assets. N

nTo be eligible forthis role you will require:

- n
- 15+ years implementing or managing payments technology — genuinely hands-on, not oversight only. N
- An appetite to move into a risk and control environment (first, second or third line all welcome). N
- Depth in one or more payment types — real-time, cross-border or market payments — with broad understanding across the rest. N
- Proven senior director-level leadership — an established leader ready to build, not a first-time director. N
- Exposure to digital assets a genuine advantage as the business expands. N
