We are looking for a reliable, responsible and trustworthy person to assist with the day-to-day supervision, maintenance and general management of office and residential premises in Srinagar.

The role includes monitoring the premises, coordinating routine maintenance and minor repairs, checking utilities and supplies, assisting with opening/closing of premises, supporting staff and management with day-to-day requirements, and helping keep the property safe, secure, organised and well maintained.

The person should be honest, punctual, disciplined, dependable and capable of handling routine responsibilities independently. Flexibility to assist with different operational requirements, including occasional extended hours or night-duty when scheduled, is desirable.

Previous experience in caretaking, facilities support, property management, maintenance,



office administration or similar work will be an advantage.
