nKey Responsibilities:

n• Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks
n• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors & channel partners
n• Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve sales targets
n• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities
n• Conduct dealer/contractor/electrician meets and market activation activities
n• Maintain sales reports, forecasts and channel partner data
n

nPreferred Profile:
n

n✅ 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales
n✅ Experience in Electrical, Wires & Cables, Lighting, Switchgear, Building Materials, Paints or related industries
n✅ Strong dealer/distributor management and relationship-building skills
n✅ Positive local market knowledge and communication skills
n✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
