15–20 years of relevant experience in the textile/wool industry.
Mandatory hands-on experience and solid technical knowledge of Wool Combing operations.
Strong understanding of production as well as maintenance of wool combing machinery.
Should have experience managing the overall operations of a Wool Combing Unit/Plant .
Should be capable of independently handling production, technical and maintenance-related challenges.
Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from relevant Wool/Textile Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
