nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead project management across live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential properties, ensuring seamless coordination, accountability and execution across every stage of the project lifecycle.
nThe ideal candidate is someone who deeply understands project management methodologies, tools and systems, and can bring structure, accountability and operational clarity into rapid-paced, high-pressure creative environments.

nWhile prior experience in events, entertainment or experiential marketing is preferred, we are open to candidates from other industries who possess strong project management expertise and the ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex workflows.

nThis role requires someone who can seamlessly coordinate between multiple internal teams, external agencies, partners, vendors and stakeholders while ensuring timelines, deliverables and execution remain on track at every stage. Also requires the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure live environments where timelines shift rapidly and multiple stakeholders need to be aligned simultaneously.
