WE'RE HIRING: D2C BRAND CONTENT LEAD — META AD SCRIPTS & COPYWRITING

nCRITERIA: D2C / E-commerce experience is mandatory. We're specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience writing Meta ad scripts, performance creatives and conversion-focused copy for D2C brands.

nTHIS IS NOT A GENERIC CONTENT WRITING ROLE
nYou'll be writing for Meta ads, not just social media calendars.
nYou'll work on hooks, scripts, ad copies, UGC scripts,



skits and performance creatives for our D2C brands — with a strong focus on what makes people convert.
nFrom product USP → consumer problem → hook → script → creative execution → performance, you'll be involved in the entire content journey.
nWHAT YOU'LL DO

- Write high-performing Meta ad scripts and copies for D2C brandsn
- Create scroll-stopping hooks that grab attention in the first few secondsn
- Write UGC, skit-based, explanatory & product-led ad scriptsn
- Identify product USPs, perks and consumer pain points and turn them into compelling copyn
- Develop multiple creative angles for the same productn
- Write copy for different stages of the customer journeyn
- Work closely with Video Editors, DOPs, Designers, Brand Strategists & Performance Marketersn
- Study CTR, conversions, ROAS and creative performance to improve your copyn
- Take scripts from idea → shoot → final adn
