Job DescriptionAbout the Role: exciting prospect for a CA Final student to join our organization as
nan Industrial Trainee under the ICAI Industrial Training framework. This role is primarily
nfocused on Risk Management and Internal Controls, with additional exposure to Business
nFinance, FP&A;, and Financial Statement closure.
nThe trainee will be part of a dynamic team responsible for strengthening internal controls,
ntesting ICFR frameworks, and supporting strategic finance functions.
nKey Responsibilities:
nRisk Management & Internal Audit (Primary Focus – 70%)
nAssist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions.
nParticipate in operational audits and compliance reviews.
nAssist in walkthroughs and testing of controls as part of Internal Controls over Financial
nPRaerptoirctiipnagt e(IiCnFRi)d.entifying control gaps and developing remediation plans.
nWork closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend
nBusiness Finance & FP&A; (Exposure to learn – 20%)
nAssist in preparing monthly MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports.
nContribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises across business units.
nPerform Unit economics analysis, margin tracking, and support decision-making models.
nFinancial Reporting & Closure Support (Exposure to learn – 10%)
nSupport the team in monthly and annual closing processes.
nCoordinate with the external audit team for schedule preparations and audit queries.
nDesired Candidate Profile:
n1-CA Final student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations.
n2-Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
n3-Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle (Netsuite) is a plus).
