Job Title: Club Manager – Anytime Fitness (Gurgaon)
nLocation: Gurgaon, India
nSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (fixed) + Performance Incentives (up to ₹50,000/month)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Club Manager to lead the club’s daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between all teams.
nKey Responsibilities:
n✅ Lead and train the sales team to drive gym membership sales
n✅ Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and trainers to boost Personal Training (PT) revenue
n✅ Manage day-to-day club operations including facility upkeep, expenses, and vendor management
n✅ Hire, train, and oversee staff as needed (sales, housekeeping, etc.)
n✅ Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain gym decorum




n✅ Supervise and support execution of local marketing initiatives and oversee social media presence
n✅ Track performance metrics and identify areas for growth or improvement
n✅ Ensure alignment with Anytime Fitness brand standards and member expectations
nWho Should Apply?
n? Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/operations/management role
n? Prior gym management experience is preferred, especially with chains like Anytime Fitness, Cult, Gold’s Gym, etc.
n? Open to candidates from other industries such as hospitality or premium retail, with strong team leadership and customer service skills
n? Proactive, organized, data-driven, and people-friendly professionals
n? Must be located within a commutable distance to Gurgaon or willing to relocate nearby
n? Strong communication, grooming, and multi-tasking skills
