nMoonlight Films & Theatre Studio is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admissions & Course Counsellor to promote and sell our specialised courses in Acting, Filmmaking and other creative disciplines.
nThe ideal candidate should understand consultative selling and be able to guide aspiring actors and filmmakers towards the programme best suited to their career goals.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetingsn
- Explain course structure, fees, faculty, facilities and career opportunitiesn
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissionsn
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parentsn
- Handle leads generated through digital campaigns, social media and walk-insn
- Maintain accurate lead records and admission follow-up reportsn
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targetsn




- Coordinate auditions, counselling sessions, workshops and open-house eventsn
- Develop relationships with colleges, theatre groups and relevant institutionsn
- Contribute ideas for increasing course enquiries and admissionsn

nCandidate Profile:

- n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, career counselling or course salesn
- Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skillsn
- Proven ability to meet admission or sales targetsn
- Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and Englishn
- Confident in handling students, parents and working professionalsn
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based lead managementn
- Interest in acting, filmmaking, theatre or the media industry will be an advantagen
- Candidates with experience selling premium or specialised courses will be preferredn
