Drive student enrollments by counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Counsel students and parents on programs, fees, and career outcomes
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Follow up consistently and maintain CRM records
- Support students through the admission process
- Skills Required:
- Robust sales & persuasion skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Target-driven mindset
- Experience in education sales preferred
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
