About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies across multiple UK-based client accounts.
This role involves managing technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and organic growth across a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts. You will work closely with leadership on strategy while ensuring strong SEO execution and measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimisation
- Optimise Google Business Profiles and local SEO campaigns
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Analyse data using SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and search trends
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
to enhance SEO workflows and research
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Technical SEO and website auditing experience
- Keyword research and search intent analysis
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Ecommerce SEO experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously
- Experience mentoring junior SEO team members
Performance Expectations
- Organic ranking improvements across client accounts within 60-90 days
- Consistent SEO progress and reporting
- Structured management of 4-5 client accounts simultaneously
