Key Responsibilities
- Online Sales Handling:
- Handle customer inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, marketplace, and other online channels.
- Reply to customers politely with product details, price, availability, size, colour, material, and delivery information.
- Share product photos, videos, reels, and catalogue details with interested customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and help convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain proper communication until order confirmation, payment, packing, and dispatch.
- Jewellery Wearing & Product Display:
- Wear selected jewellery pieces for product videos, reels, photos, and online display.
- Showcase jewellery in a neat, attractive, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Help customers understand how the jewellery looks when worn.
- Handle all jewellery carefully during wearing, shooting, packing, and storing.
- Reels & Social Media Content:
- Make short reels and videos wearing and showcasing jewellery products.
- Assist in Instagram content, product shoots, promotional videos, and online campaigns.




- Follow company instructions for poses, styling, product focus, and brand presentation.
- Maintain a confident and presentable appearance on camera.
- Support the company in creating fresh content for online promotion.
- Product Packing & Dispatch Support:
- Pack online orders neatly and safely as per company packaging standards.
- Check product code, quantity, design, and condition before packing.
- Add tags, labels, thank-you cards, invoices, and other packaging material as instructed.
- Coordinate for courier pickup, shipment preparation, and dispatch records.
- Ensure every order is packed carefully to avoid damage or customer complaints.
- Product Entry & Inventory Management:
- Enter product details in Excel, software, website backend, marketplace panel, or inventory system.
- Record product name, code, category, price, quantity, colour, size, stock status, and photos if required.
- Update stock after
