Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Englishto students from Class 6th to 10th for both CBSE and GSEB boards.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and interactive sessions.
- Use real-life examples, experiments, and demonstrations to explain key concepts.
- Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators, parents, and management to ensure student progress.
- Stay updated with board curriculum changes and examination patterns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with B.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.
- Strong command over scientific concepts and curriculum understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and innovative teaching styles.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative approach to teaching and problem-solving.
- Good classroom management and motivational skills.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching platforms.
