Design seasonal collections for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter in line with creative guidelines.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor styles.
- Develop detailed design sketches, tech packs, and color stories.
- Create and refine embroidery concepts, motifs, prints, and patterns inspired by Indian and international influences.
- Collaborate with sampling, pattern-making, and production teams to ensure quality execution.
- Direct reporting to founder
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
