Business Analyst (0–2 Years) | AI Product Development | Trichy (Work from Office)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our AI Product Development team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and support the successful delivery of AI-powered products.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about business analysis, product development, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and requirement traceability.




Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply. (Preference given to prior experience as a Business Analyst)
