Role Overview

The Peptide Production Lead oversees end-to-end peptide API manufacturing, ensuring productivity, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role includes leading production teams, optimizing peptide synthesis workflows, maintaining GMP standards, and acting as a key technical interface for customer interactions during audits, queries, and project execution

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Peptide production planning, execution and to verify the manufacturing facility to run smooth production

activities and its associated analytics, from initial molecules scale up to registration.
- Smooth tech transfer of peptides molecules,molecules like complex and critical GLP-1/GIP-1 peptide molecule.
- Responsible for to set up of large-scale Greenfield / Brownfield Project for peptide synthesis and purification and lyophilization facility by coordinating with a CFT to achieve Management goals, to meets policies, and procedures.
- Well verse in peptide scale up of peptide molecules by meeting targets of efficacy, scalability, and quality.




- To manage the effective scalability and technology transfer of Peptide small and complex molecules from

lab-scale (gram) to the production scale (kgs).
- Ability to build Peptides API manufacturing capabilities, hiring and developing talent and defining and

executing strategic and scientific deliverables.

- Self-driven, Result oriented professional with an attitude to strive for excellence and aptitude for continual learning Enterprising leader and planner with a solid record of contribution in streamlining operations invigorating businesses, heightening the productivity, system and procedures.
- 15+ years in peptide manufacturing with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Technical expertise in peptide chemistry and downstream operations.
- Customer-facing communication skills with technical clarity.
