We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who understands contemporary social media marketing and can work effectively in an AI-driven marketing environment.

The role will focus on managing social media activities, campaign execution, performance analysis, trend research, audience growth, and using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media activities according to the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams/designers for required social media assets and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, traffic and conversions.
- Analyze social media data and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and actionable insights.
- Research competitors, industry trends, audience behaviour and platform developments.
- Identify trending topics, formats and opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Support and coordinate paid social media campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Manage audience engagement, comments,



messages and social media interactions.
- Track leads and conversions generated through social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features and marketing trends.
- Use AI tools and automation for research, analysis, reporting, campaign planning and marketing productivity.
- Experiment with new AI-powered marketing tools and identify practical applications for the business.
- Continuously improve social media processes using data, technology and automation.

AI & Technology Skills The candidate should be comfortable working in an AI-first marketing environment.

They should have experience or willingness to work with:

- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms
- AI-powered marketing and analytics tools
- Social media management and scheduling platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- AI-assisted research and competitor analysis
- AI-powered reporting and data analysis tools

The expectation is not simply to use AI for generating content, but to use AI to improve research, strategy, analysis, productivity and marketing decisions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
