Key Responsibilities

- Global Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy:

Execute targeted multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, niche tech/business communities, and global referral networks.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the complete talent funnel—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating multi-currency compensation offers, and managing candidate pipelines.

- Cross-Border Mobility & Compliance:

Collaborate with internal HR, Legal, and external mobility partners to handle visas, work permits, global employer of record (EOR) setups, and local labor law alignment.

- Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor to global executive leaders and hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent availability insights, and salary benchmarking across regions.

- Candidate Experience:
Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate journey tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones.

- Employer Branding:
Represent the company at international virtual career fairs, global university events, and regional hiring initiatives.
