Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support Lernx’s growth by promoting its learning programs and engaging with prospective learners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and presentations, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

The specialist will collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, support outreach activities, and gather feedback from learners to refine messaging.



The role also involves providing basic product training to prospective learners, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales targets and performance reports.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse audiences.
- Customer Service and learner support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close enrollments, and work toward defined targets.
- Training skills to explain program details, guide learners on course selection, and support onboarding.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or education services, preferably in edtech or training organizations.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM and productivity tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
