SAP RE-FX Lead (SAP Flexible Real Estate Management) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Kolkata Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Summary The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Adaptable Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management, while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.
