We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional digital marketing and take ownership of the complete customer acquisition journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is NOT a traditional Social Media Executive role.

You will work across

Strategy → Research → Creative → Ads → Funnels → CRM → AI → Automation → Analytics → Conversion

We are looking for a hands-on, curious and commercially minded person who can understand a business problem, build a marketing solution, execute it, analyse the results and improve it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PERFORMANCE MARKETING
2. • Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
3. • Work on Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns
4. • Conduct audience and competitor research
5. • Build retargeting strategies
6. • Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates
7. • Optimise campaigns based on performance
8. • Work with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 and GTM
9. GROWTH & MARKETING STRATEGY
10. • Understand business and client objectives
11. • Research markets, competitors and target audiences
12. • Develop customer personas and acquisition strategies
13. • Build lead-generation funnels
14. • Develop offers, messaging and positioning
15. • Identify growth opportunities
16. • Analyse the customer journey and conversion bottlenecks
17. CREATIVE & CONTENT
18. • Develop high-performing ad concepts
19. • Write hooks, headlines, ad copy and CTAs
20. • Create creative briefs
21. • Develop Reels, UGC and short-form content concepts
22. • Write scripts for advertisements and social content
23. • Analyse creative performance
24. • Continuously test new creative angles
25. • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut and AI creative tools
26. AI & GENERATIVE AI
27. • Work extensively with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools
28. • Use AI for research, ideation,

29. • Develop effective prompts and AI workflows
30. • Experiment with AI-powered marketing tools
31. • Explore AI agents and intelligent marketing systems
32. • Identify opportunities to use AI to improve marketing efficiency
33. MARKETING AUTOMATION
34. • Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms
35. • Connect lead-generation platforms with CRMs
36. • Automate lead qualification and routing
37. • Build WhatsApp and email follow-up workflows
38. • Work with APIs and webhooks
39. • Automate reporting and repetitive marketing tasks
40. ANALYTICS & CRO
41. • Analyse campaign and funnel performance
42. • Monitor marketing dashboards
43. • Identify conversion bottlenecks
44. • Conduct A/B testing
45. • Analyse customer acquisition data
46. • Make data-driven recommendations
47. • Improve landing pages and conversion rates
48. SALES & CONVERSION
49. • Understand lead quality and sales feedback
50. • Identify why leads are not converting
51. • Improve lead qualification processes
52. • Develop follow-up strategies
53. • Work with sales/business-development teams
54. • Connect marketing performance with actual revenue
55. CLIENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
56. • Handle multiple campaigns/projects
57. • Understand requirements and create execution plans
58. • Take ownership of assigned projects
59. • Prepare performance reports
60. • Present insights and recommendations
61. • Coordinate with internal teams and clients

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or related fields
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Understanding of Google Ads




- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels
- Valuable copywriting and creative thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fast learner with a strong experimentation mindset
