Role:

Operations Manager at Indu Ice cream

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an operations manager. The manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the production unit and retail store in line with our in-house policies and brand standards. Ensuring that the locations are managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.

- Responsible for overall supervision, controlling and coordination of all activities
- Monitor and supervise inventory, production schedules,



quality checks and dispatch of material
- Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet and promote teamwork
- Sourcing of new ingredients and raw material procurement
- Maintaining detailed costing sheets, sales sheets, inventory & all master sheets to bring efficiency to the daily management of reporting
- Cash flow management for daily payments and collections

Qualifications:

- 1 -2 years experience in food and beverage management, culinary, or related professional area
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Must have a robust work ethic, professional presentation and robust communication skills
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
