About the Role:
- The JM Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality Termite services, optimising material consumption and service excellence through them.
- The incumbent will report to the Operations Team and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and support termite, SME, and solo technician jobs as required.
- Manage material issuance, fuel, PPE distribution, and stock verification.
- Prepare technician kits daily based on the next day's schedule.
- Coordinate daily technician deployment with SPs as per OTOZ.
- Track and optimise material usage; manage surplus and expiring stock.
- Maintain store hygiene and ensure stock accuracy with NAV.
- Conduct service quality checks and surprise visits.
- Improve termite job quality and reduce complaints.
- Encourage technicians to generate service and product leads.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); ability to read and write in the local language (English preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Successfully completed L1 Training Program (L2 preferred)
- Preferably owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
