Role OverviewWe are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of Smart Home Automation, Smart Touch Panels, Digital Door Locks, Video Door Phones, and related smart-home solutions . The role involves field visits, builder/developer coordination, product demonstrations, project sampling, and closing business opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through builders, developers, architects, interior designers, dealers, and channel partners .

Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations . Understand project requirements and recommend suitable Heseos solutions. Drive product sampling and specifications in residential and commercial projects.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and close sales. Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project pipelines, enquiries, samples, orders, and collections. Identify upcoming projects and create opportunities for Heseos products.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and project acquisition targets .

Maintain daily field activity and sales reports.

Willingness to travel extensively for client and project visits. Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, and basic reporting . Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
