Candidate Profile

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR staffing, manpower outsourcing, field HR or third-party payroll.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client and employee relationship management ability.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel within Pune.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic HRMS operations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Candidates with experience in contract staffing /payroll / manpower outsourcing will be preferred.
