Core Responsibility

Responsible for end-to-end execution of EHV underground cable laying projects , including site planning, cable installation, contractor coordination, customer/consultant interaction, quality & safety compliance, testing/commissioning coordination, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise EHV underground cable laying and installation activities up to 400 kV.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, QA/QC, civil and testing teams .
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITP and HSE requirements.
- Handle cable pulling, drum management, jointing/termination, link box, bonding and earthing activities.
- Coordinate EHV cable testing and commissioning .
- Resolve site issues, manage punch points and ensure timely project closure.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites .

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in EHV cable laying, underground cable installation or electrical EPC projects .
- Preferably 10–15 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
- Exposure to 66kV/110kV/132kV/220kV/400kV cable projects is preferred.
- Robust customer, contractor and site coordination skills.
- Electrical/Power/Transmission infrastructure background preferred.
- Middle East experience is mandatory.

Candidate will be based at Abu Dhabi first and then will relocated to other Middle East Projects. Exp - 10+Yrs

CTC - Upto 15 LPA plus Allowance
