Job Purpose The Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Promotion will be responsible for driving brand visibility, digital presence, and consumer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This role aims to create impactful campaigns leveraging both traditional (ATL) and digital channels, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, and AI-driven marketing solutions. The purpose is to enhance brand recognition, support business growth, and strengthen the company’s position in the FMCG (dairy) market.

Qualification & Qualified Exposure

Full Time MBA or Equivalent from a recognized University

Experience

3–5 years of experience in NPD, Packaging Development, digital marketing, content writing, brand promotion, and ATL activities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

(KRAs)

? Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create compelling content (blogs, social posts, promotional material)



aligned with brand strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to ensure high ROI and audience engagement.

? Brand Promotion & ATL Activities:

- Drive above-the-line (ATL) initiatives, including TV, print, outdoor, and other mass media campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies, creative teams, and vendors for brand campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

? Social Media & AI Tools:

- Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Leverage AI tools for content generation, performance analysis, and customer engagement strategies.

? Market Research & Analytics:

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports on marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.
