Role Description The Deputy Head of Finance is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. The role includes analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, and maintaining internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations.

optimize financial processes, and mentor members of the finance team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with experience in Financial Reporting and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Budgeting, including planning, monitoring variances, and managing cost controls.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role, ideally within operations, logistics, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and best practices in financial governance.
