Role Description The Communications Specialist (Work from Home – For All Regions) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and enhancing Fantastiqo’s internal and external communications. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing written content such as press releases, announcements, newsletters, and website copy, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The role involves coordinating strategic communications campaigns, supporting brand storytelling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate organizational initiatives and achievements.

The Communications

Specialist will also manage internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged, monitor communication effectiveness,



and recommend improvements. This position requires proactive planning, strong writing skills, and the ability to work independently while aligning communications with the company’s educational mission.

Qualifications

- Strong overall Communication skills, including clear, concise, and inclusive messaging across diverse audiences.
- Ability to create and manage Press Releases and other media-facing content to support public relations and brand visibility.
- Experience in Strategic Communications, including planning campaigns and aligning messages with organizational goals.
- Advanced Writing skills for digital and print content, with attention to tone, structure, and audience needs.
- Internal Communications experience, including drafting updates, organizational announcements, and employee-facing content.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency with common communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email platforms, document editors, virtual meeting tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time workplace.
- Prior experience in education, e-learning, or a mission-driven organization is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
