Role Description The Communications Specialist – Work from Home – For All Regions is a remote contract role responsible for managing and enhancing Fantastiqo’s internal and external communication efforts. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing written materials, such as press releases, announcements, newsletters, and website content, to ensure clear and consistent messaging. The role involves supporting strategic communications initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align messages with organizational goals, and maintaining brand voice across digital channels.

The Communications





Specialist will also assist with internal communications campaigns, help prepare talking points and key messages for leadership, and monitor engagement to refine communication approaches.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Internal Communications skills to engage diverse stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Writing and Press Releases to create accurate, compelling, and timely content for multiple audiences.
- Experience with Strategic Communications to plan, implement, and evaluate messaging that supports organizational objectives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media, and basic content management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in education, e-learning, or nonprofit sectors is an advantage.
