DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Clinical and Field Sales Training Manager role, located in Pune, India.

The Opportunity

The role will be responsible for the DS clinical standards and strategy, creating and leading a Learning and Development framework for the DePuy Synthes Trauma business. The individual will work closely with DePuy Synthes (Trauma) Regional Sales Manager and Marketing to ensure the education onboarding, foundations training, learning pathways and ongoing education needs of the sales clinical teams are established with a focus on clinical, product and selling skills.

The CFST Manager will retain close links with regional and global DS Trauma Education leads, participating in global strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build.

The CFST Manager is responsible for designing and delivering the strategic DS trauma curriculum to support growth in current platforms and areas of procedural interest. Where possible, the CFST manager will partner with the Global Education Solutions teams to ensure that Global Foundations,



Advanced Mastery programs curriculum are delivered in accordance with Global standards.

The CFST Manager will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate delivery mechanism of internal training programs and then delivering best-in-class product procedure training and leading the technical training for employees within the DS sales clinical teams. Their expertise will allow them to design, deliver and evaluate education programs for the DS sales clinical teams.
