- Achieve branch business targets for investment products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
- Generate current customers through referrals, field visits, and relationship-building activities.
- Manage and develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), existing customers, and corporate clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and KYC norms.
- Monitor branch operations and maintain high customer service standards.
- Conduct investment awareness programs and customer meetings to promote products.
- Track branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and submit periodic business updates.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for business development initiatives.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
