B2B Growth Marketing & Client Acquisition SpecialistAbout the Role

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Growth Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist who can help us identify, engage, and convert prospective clients. This person will work closely with leadership and sales to build targeted campaigns, generate qualified leads, and create a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.This is not purely a branding or social media role. We are looking for someone who understands B2B demand generation, outbound marketing, lead nurturing, and client acquisition and is comfortable being measured on qualified meetings and pipeline generated.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for our target industries and services.
- Identify target companies, decision-makers, and buyer personas.
- Build and manage outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, including WhatsApp/Instagram where appropriate.
- Create targeted messaging for different industries, personas, and service offerings.
- Build prospect lists and segment audiences based on company size, industry, geography, and business need.
- Run email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales/business development team to convert marketing-generated leads into meetings.
- Develop landing pages, case studies, email content, campaign messaging, and sales-enablement material.
- Track campaign performance, response rates, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generated.
- Test different messaging, audiences, channels, and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and potential recent markets.




- Maintain clean lead and campaign data in the CRM.
- Help build a repeatable lead-generation engine instead of relying only on referrals or one-off outreach.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Experience marketing technology services, SaaS, managed services, consulting, logistics, or other B2B solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads and sales meetings.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn campaign management.
- Experience with outbound email platforms and campaign automation.
- Familiarity with Meta advertising, WhatsApp campaigns, retargeting, and paid social is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
- Ability to understand a complex service and translate it into a simple value proposition for prospects.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand what is working and adjust quickly.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
