Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Automobile Executive to handle automobile sales, customer requirements, vehicle coordination, and after-sales support. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of automobiles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to cars, commercial vehicles, and automobile products.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.- Coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.- Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.- Coordinate with service, finance, insurance,



and delivery teams.- Assist customers with documentation and vehicle delivery.- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.- Maintain knowledge of new vehicle models, features, and market trends.- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant field preferred.- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, service, dealership, or related industry.- Good knowledge of automobiles and vehicle specifications.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Customer-oriented approach.- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Salary
