Role Overview We are looking for a high-agency business development leader to anchor and scale our partner's CSR fundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build senior corporate relationships, and the drive to convert partnerships into long-term, high-value engagements. Responsibilities New business development Own and deliver CSR funds from corporates across sectors Independently open doors with CSR heads, CXOs, and corporate foundations Build and manage a strong,
high-quality pipeline of prospective CSR donors Lead the end-to-end lifecycle: prospecting - proposal pitching - closure - reporting
Represent the organization in CSR forums and corporate networks
Manage and mentor a team of high-performing new business development executives Success Metrics CSR funds committed vs.

B2B sales, CSR partnerships, or fundraising Robust network within
CSR/ESG decision-makers, corporate foundations, or top-tier listed company CXOs Proven track record of owning large-scale B2B sales targets or CSR commitments at a significant annual value, with demonstrated ability to open doors and close high-value deals
Experience engaging with CXOs and senior corporate stakeholders
Ability to scale a steep learning curve quick and effectively Strong storytelling and excellent negotiation skills High drive,
