Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Noida, with a CTC up to 5 LPA.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will support sales operations, manage leads, and assist in closing real estate transactions while maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, explaining property features and pricing, conducting site visits, and following up on inquiries to drive conversions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation, ensuring accurate records in CRM systems,



and preparing basic sales reports and forecasts.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will also contribute to local market research, participate in promotional activities, and uphold company standards for professional conduct and service quality.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in client relationship management, lead handling, and sales coordination within real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms for daily work.
- Sound understanding of sales processes, market trends, and basic financial terminology relevant to property transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in sales may be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage field visits, and adapt to a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
- High level of integrity, customer-focused approach, and readiness to learn and grow within the real estate sector.
