- Financial Reporting & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual), manage general ledger operations, and guarantee adherence to statutory regulations such as TDS, GST, and income tax.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management

Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets, perform monthly financial forecasting, and manage daily and monthly cash flow to maintain liquidity and capital efficiency.
- Audit Coordination & Internal Controls

Oversee and support internal, statutory, and tax audits; implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies to uphold compliance and governance standards.
- Tax & Regulatory Compliance





Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and income tax, minimizing risk and penalties through diligent monitoring and filing.
- Team Leadership & Employee Development

Lead, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff to enhance performance, accountability, and succession readiness within the finance function.
- Management Reporting & Strategic Support

- Produce financial reports and MIS dashboards, analyze key metrics (profitability, ROI, cost control), and provide financial planning and cost-benefit analysis to support business units and senior management decision-making
