Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive the market expansion of our home linen brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appointing distributors and agents, expanding our retail/wholesale dealer network, and deep geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and appoint current distributors, super-stockists, and sales agents across target territories.
- Dealer Network Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Product Portfolio Management: Drive primary and secondary sales of our core home linen range, including bed sheets, dohars, comforters, and towels.
- Market Penetration: Execute regional sales strategies, achieve monthly/quarterly volume targets, and ensure high product visibility in retail outlets.
- Competitor Tracking:



Gather ground-level market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, schemes, and emerging product trends.
- Order to Payment Cycle: Ensure timely order execution, delivery coordination, and regular payment collections from channel partners.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in the home linen, furnishing, or FMCG/textile distribution sector.
- Core Skills: Strong network of existing textile/linen agents and distributors; excellent negotiation and channel-management abilities.
- Geographical Expertise: Thorough local market knowledge of the assigned region, including key commercial hubs and transport routes.
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream .
