Brilliant Brains is hiring 2 AI Growth Strategists to independently own and grow assigned client accounts.

This is not just a campaign execution role.

We are looking for people who can look at a client's ads, website, sales/leads, CRM and business data, understand what's working and what's not, and turn those insights into clear growth actions.

What You'll Own

Performance Marketing across Meta & Google

Daily campaign and business performance analysis

Client growth strategy and optimisation

Website / landing-page conversion improvements

GA4, tracking, dashboards and business intelligence

CRM, WhatsApp and AI automation opportunities

AI-assisted reporting and analysis

Client meetings and performance presentations

WoW and MoM growth plans

Coordination with Performance, Creative, Website and AI teams

Client retention and account growth





We Want Someone Who Can Answer:

Why did performance drop?

Where are we losing revenue/leads?

What should we change today?

What can we automate using AI?

What should we recommend to the client next?

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Hyderabad

Work: Full time | Work from Office

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.

Experience with e-commerce/D2C, healthcare/lead generation, Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, CRM, WhatsApp automation or AI tools will be an advantage.

We value ownership, analytical thinking and business understanding more than job titles.

Exceptional candidates with strong account ownership and performance expertise can be considered separately.
