Job Overview

The Site Structural Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating structural design information between the design office, site execution team, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines. The role ensures that approved structural drawings, design clarifications, revisions, and technical inputs are properly reviewed, communicated, and implemented at site in line with project requirements, quality standards, safety norms, and construction timelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in structural design coordination, site engineering, or construction coordination.
- Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure,



industrial, commercial, or public space projects will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of RCC, steel structures, foundations, structural detailing, construction methodology, and site execution practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant Indian Standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Experience in coordination with consultants, contractors, project management teams, and multidisciplinary site teams.
