Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content.
n
- Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments.
n
- Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
n
- Manage and publish learning content through the LMS.
n
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D; team.
n
- Ensure content meets brand and quality standards.
n
- Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.
n

n

Qualification :

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.
n

n

Experience :

n

n
- 0–2 years of experience in digital content production.
n
- Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.
n

n

Must-Have Skills:





n

n
- Solid skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.
n

n

Good to Have:

n

n
- Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
n
- Storyboarding & instructional content sequencing
n
- Basic instructional design and adult learning principles
n
- LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPI
n
- AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalent
n
- Good communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.
