Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Commercial lawyer with experience in advising on commercial matters, particularly in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience in leasing transactions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
n
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms, commercial risks and legal implications.
n
- Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, service providers and other business partners.
n
- Provide legal support on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
n
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while ensuring business objectives are addressed.
n
- Assist in structuring and documenting commercial transactions.
n
- Support the team on leasing and related real estate transactions, where required.
n
- Conduct legal research and provide clear,



practical and commercially oriented advice.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of transactions.

Desired Experience & Skills

- Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in corporate commercial matters.
n
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
n
- Good understanding of contractual principles and commercial risk.
n
- Experience in leasing transactions will be an added advantage.

- Solid drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
n
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions.
n
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
